Broccoli
The broccoli (Brassica oleracea italica) belongs to the broad family of cruciferous, as well as all other cabbages and turnips, watercress, radishes. We consume young inflorescences, ie groups of buds undeveloped.
Nutritional interests of Broccoli
Broccoli is a moderate calorie fresh vegetables. Its fibers are abundant and his vitamin intake is quite important.
